Eric Welch is a native of Salina, Kansas with stops along the way in Manhattan, KS (The Little Apple) and Nashville, TN. He received his undergraduate degree in business from Kansas State University and his MBA from Belmont University in Nashville. He has focused on customer service with over 15 years of experience in the broadcasting industry.
Eric joined GCG Wealth Management in 2009 to help business owners, individuals, and families toward financial independence. Eric has a passion for helping families who have loved ones with special abilities. He feels very fortunate in his own life to have overcome challenges with cerebral palsy through the support of a wonderful family and friends. These experiences drive Eric’s passion to help others.

Eric lives in north Charlotte and is a member of Point of Grace Lutheran Church in Cornelius. He is also active as president of the board of directors for the Arc of Mecklenburg County, is a member of the board of directors for H.O.H.T. (Helping Others Help Themselves), is a member of NAIFA, and the Society of Financial Service Professionals. A Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Woodbury Financial Services, Inc., Eric currently holds FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations as well as North Carolina and South Carolina Life, Health, and Long Term Care licenses.
