Makenzie Mittelsteadt is based in Charlotte, NC and graduated from Queens University of Charlotte in 2022. With a professional background in sales and recruiting, Makenzie brings a strong foundation in relationship building, organization, and problem-solving to her role as Executive Assistant to President and CEO Joel Burris.

Makenzie is passionate about creating structure, building strong relationships, and finding thoughtful solutions that allow those around her to work more efficiently and effectively.

Makenzie is excited to contribute her skills and experience to the GCG team and looks forward to continuing to grow professionally within the organization.

Outside of the office, Makenzie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, James, and newborn daughter, Reagan. She loves going on walks, traveling, and exploring new areas of Charlotte.
