Andy Howe

Senior Partner and Financial Advisor

Andy founded GCG Wealth Management with his brother Dennis in 1994 and has since become a veteran in the financial services industry. As the senior vice president and senior partner at GCG Wealth Management, Andy heads the firm’s Charlotte branch as a senior advisor. With nearly 30 years of financial experience, Andy’s drive in the industry is as strong as it was on day one and is fueled by his passion for helping clients provide for their families after his own fight and recovery with lung cancer. While working with clients, Andy integrates managed money with annuities and life insurance to work in synchrony to help accumulate, preserve, and distribute his clients’ assets in preparation for retirement.

Andy’s main focuses include wealth accumulation and tax-deferred strategies; estate and wealth preservation; retirement account strategies; personal life and disability insurance options; long-term care; life insurance; 401(k), 401(b), SEP and profit-sharing plans; 412(i) and 419(e) plans and institutional money management programs. He also counsels clients on budgeting and general financial management to improve their financial lives. 

Andy is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR), holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses and is long-term care and grand health licensed. He is also a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). 

As a graduate of Arizona State University, Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in marketing. He is also active within the Peninsula Golf Club, March Forth with Hope Foundation, and the Davidson United Methodist Church.
